  • 2 oz cucumber
  • 2 oz. lettuce
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • DRESSING
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ¼ cup avocado
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
