- 1 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
- DRESSING
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 5-anchovys
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup garlic infused oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 handful basil leaves
