  • 2 eggs
  • 10 oz. asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ lb. tuna
  • ½ lb. leafy greens
  • 3 oz. cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ red onion
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
