  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ¼ red onion
  • ¼ green bell pepper
  • 6 oz. feta cheese
  • 8 black Greek olives
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp oregano
