  • 5 oz. cooked shrimp
  • 4 oz. chicken breast
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • ½ cup bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 green onion
  • DRESSING
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mince cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
